Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our garment sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and creating promotional strategies to boost garment orders across retail, wholesale, or corporate channels. The ideal candidate possesses an on-trend understanding of the fashion and textile market, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate B2B leads by targeting garment retailers, distributors, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations to pitch new garment lines, collections, and fabric samples to potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms including pricing, order volumes, discount structures, delivery timelines, and contract specifications.
- Achieve monthly targets for volume, piece sales, and overall revenue turnover across assigned territories.
- Manage existing accounts to secure recurring bulk orders and cross-sell upcoming seasonal apparel lines.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Execute marketing campaigns via digital channels, social media platforms, and direct business emails.
- Conduct market research to track emerging fashion trends, fabric developments, and competitor pricing.
- Coordinate trade shows and local exhibition booths to increase brand visibility and capture direct vendor leads.
- Supervise visual merchandising to ensure garment displays align with brand guidelines at point-of-sale locations.
Operations & Coordination
- Liaise with production teams to ensure timely shipment deliveries and match customer orders to manufacturing timelines.
- Oversee stock management by conducting routine audits and reporting inventory levels at multi-brand stores.
- Maintain CRM databases by updating records of client interactions, pipeline progress, and monthly sales sheets.
- Resolve client complaints regarding sizing, fabric quality issues, short shipments, or payment discrepancies.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven sales or marketing experience specifically within the garment, textile, or apparel industry.
- Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of fabrics, garment construction, trims, and apparel manufacturing cycles.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, retail POS software, and Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for field visits, client meetings, and market exploration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
