Job Summary
Milestone Homes Real Estate Broker is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our remote marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video content for our real estate brand, with a strong focus on social media, property marketing, reels, and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging real estate reels, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, graphics, and other creative elements.
- Edit videos according to current social media trends and platform requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand creative briefs and deliver content on time.
- Maintain consistent branding, quality, and visual style across all video content.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks and visually engaging edits to improve audience retention.
- Organize and manage video files, footage, and project assets efficiently.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final videos meet quality standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
- Good understanding of video pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is an advantage.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience in real estate, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred.
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio/showreel.
