Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – Sales to lead and scale our real estate brokerage business. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, building developer partnerships, and overseeing high-value property transactions across residential and/or commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall sales function for the brokerage business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
- Drive primary and secondary sales across residential and commercial portfolios
- Manage, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams and team leaders
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement
- Identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning
- Analyze market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon/NCR real estate market
- Proven track record of achieving high sales targets and managing large teams
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
- Experience in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting
