Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kochi for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating the purpose of the call, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate call logs, following up with potential leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves contributing to maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

· Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
· Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
· High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus.
