Key Responsibilities
- Maintain site-wise expense records using accounting/project management software.
- Follow up with vendors for invoices and billing documents.
- Prepare and manage quotations through software.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and documentation.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely record maintenance.
- Coordinate with the project and procurement teams for financial updates.
What We're Looking For
- Basic to good knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping.
- Comfortable working with computers and business software.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new software and digital tools.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
