Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care under the guidance of doctors and senior nursing staff.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and record patients' vital signs and overall health status.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and respond promptly during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic patient environment.
- Educate and communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and care.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, nursing standards, and ethical practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good clinical knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
