Job Summary
Ashapura Softech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT hiring, vendor management optional, and staffing coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, coordinating with recruitment vendors, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting the HR Head in achieving the organization's hiring goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across various technologies and experience levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Vendor Management (Optional)
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing partners.
- Assign open positions to recruitment vendors and monitor hiring progress.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, turnaround time, and closure ratio.
- Ensure timely candidate submissions and interview scheduling from vendor partners.
- Maintain vendor records, agreements, and recruitment reports.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports for management review.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and accurate.
- Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Support the HR Head in workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Perform additional recruitment-related responsibilities as assigned by the HR Head.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Experience in an IT Services Company or IT Staffing Industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Experience using Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
- Candidates with experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
- Ahmedabad-based candidates or those willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
