We Are Looking For:
A dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive store performance, improve customer conversion, and ensure smooth retail operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews.
- Build accountability and maintain high-performance standards.
Customer Conversion & Store Sales
- Ensure excellent customer service and maximize walk-in conversion rates.
- Guide the team in sales closing and negotiation techniques.
- Drive store revenue and profitability.
Product & Installation Training
- Conduct regular product and installation training sessions for the sales team.
- Ensure the team has complete knowledge of products and services.
Call Audit, GMB Review & Lead Quality Monitoring
- Monitor customer calls and lead quality.
- Review customer feedback and online ratings.
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Salesman Issue Resolution & System Building
- Resolve day-to-day sales team challenges.
- Develop and implement SOPs and operational systems for smooth functioning.
Debtor Follow-up, Incentive & Documentation Management
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate for collections.
- Manage sales incentives and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare reports using Excel and other tools.
Store Operations & Marketing Material Management
- Ensure proper inventory management and store presentation.
- Coordinate marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Maintain operational excellence across the store.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Target-driven and problem-solving mindset.
