Key Responsibilities:
* Execute and supervise HVAC project installation activities at site.
* Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, layouts, and project specifications.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
* Manage installation of ducting, piping, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, ventilation, and chilled water systems.
* Prepare project schedules, daily progress reports, and work plans.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Coordinate material planning, procurement follow-up, and inventory requirements.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and project guidelines.
* Attend project meetings and provide technical support.
* Handle testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
* Resolve technical and site-related issues during execution.
* Prepare billing, measurements, and project documentation if required.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project execution.
* Ability to read HVAC drawings and MEP layouts.
* Project coordination and site management skills.
* Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures.
* Vendor and contractor management.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
