The Role: Virtual Relationship Manager
We're looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager to join our Insurance team and drive health insurance sales through telesales. This is a client-facing role where you'll own the full sales cycle — from pitching new policies to advising customers on the right coverage — while building trust and long-term relationships remotely.
What You'll Own
Drive new health insurance sales closures via telesales, working toward monthly closure targets

Advise customers on suitable health insurance policies based on their needs

Manage customer filing and documentation through the sales process

Own client-side advisory work, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy buying experience

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably health insurance/telesales

Track record of new insurance sales closures of up to ₹2 lakh per month (non-renewal business)

Minimum qualification of 12th pass; graduates welcome

Strong communication and consultative selling skills

Life insurance sales experience is a strong plus

Proficiency in an additional South Indian language is a plus
