Dance Team by Vickky is a leading wedding choreography company specializing in couple dances, family performances, sangeet choreography, and customized wedding dance experiences. We help clients create unforgettable wedding memories through professional choreography and personalized training.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Explain our wedding choreography packages and services to clients.
- Share complete details about pricing, packages, and the booking process.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable choreography plans.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain client records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the choreography team after bookings are confirmed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).
- Sales or customer support experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
