1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase the market share, focusing on both existing and new clients.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the paper trading industry.
3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to stay ahead of industry developments and identify new business opportunities.
4. Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while managing profit margins in line with company objectives.
5. Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to senior management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and market trends.
6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service, issue resolution, and timely follow-up.
7. Re ordering the stocks in time so that ample stocks are available as customer demand cycles.
Skills
1. Good handwriting in English & hindi.
2. Good knowledge in Excel, MS, Google sheets.
3. Strong business sense & industry expertise.
4. Able to talk to customers.
5.B2B Trading Sales experience.
6. willing to visit customers Delhi & Outside, Outside visit maximum 4-6 days in a month only as per need.
