Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist customers by resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
*Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries via phone
* Provide accurate information about products/services
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
* Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
* Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
* Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationship
*Required Skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Good listening and problem-solving abilities
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, typing)
* Ability to remain calm and professional
*Eligibility Criteria:
* Any graduate
* 1-2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
* Fluency in English is mandatory

Pay: ₹10,460.55 - ₹15,858.96 per month
