The candidate for this role should be experienced Scrum Master with over 8 years in the IT industry, specifically possessing deep domain expertise within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. They must have a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects and driving integrated program delivery across large, cross-functional teams. Core to this role is the mandatory ability to facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while actively identifying and removing team impediments. Additionally, the candidate must excel at stakeholder management, collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, and possess the coaching skills necessary to mentor teams, improve sprint velocity, and elevate overall Agile maturity.
