We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a healthcare-focused project in a fast-paced client environment where requirements frequently evolve. The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience managing Agile projects using Jira and Confluence.
This role requires structured delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and proactive risk handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for healthcare domain projects
- Manage changing client requirements with structured change control
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Manage project backlog and reporting in Jira
- Ensure documentation and decision logs are maintained in Confluence
- Coordinate between Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Monitor scope, budget, quality, and delivery timelines
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and clients
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years as Project Manager
- Experience managing healthcare domain projects (preferred)
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proven experience handling frequently changing client requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder and risk management skills
