Requirements:
We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin professional with experience in human resources operations and office administration. The candidate should have strong coordination skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage day-to-day administrative functions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, exit formalities, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Implement and monitor, statutory compliance, and employee guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary matters.
- Handle overall office administration including facility management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers for HR and admin activities.
- Support management with HR MIS, reports, compliance documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
