Job Title: Billing Manager (Engineering Projects)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Manager to oversee the company's billing operations, ensure timely invoice generation, and maintain accurate billing records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in handling billing processes and customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily billing operations.
- Generate invoices and ensure timely submission to clients.
- Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and Project teams for billing-related activities.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections.
- Maintain billing records and prepare MIS reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Train and guide billing staff when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in billing, project billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
- Experience in handling engineering or project-based billing is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Salary: 5,50000-7,50000-CTC
