We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our incentive software while overseeing the accurate intake, processing, security, and output of system and operational data. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and protection of operating systems, and related platforms, while providing timely technical support to internal users and promoting strong documentation and data quality practices. The ideal candidate combines strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to system optimization, security, and process improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience

Experience with data management, reporting tools, and quality assurance methodologies

Proven solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
