Role: Senior Executive – HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Cab Facility: Available within city limits
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
✔ Design and implement HR frameworks for Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
✔ Develop appraisal tools and micro-learning modules to enhance employee growth and performance.
✔ Collaborate with business leaders to drive employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
✔ Support employee relations, grievance handling, and HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Relevant HR certifications are an added advantage.
✔ Knowledge of POSH, employee grievance handling, performance management, and talent management
Experience
✔ 1–3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
