Job Summary:
Chaichun Tea Store is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Welcome customers warmly, assist in product selection, provide accurate product information, and address customer queries effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Sales & Promotion:
- Actively promote and upsell products, support ongoing promotional activities, and work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment of products to avoid stock shortages.
Store Operations:
- ·Manage daily store activities including billing and cash handling, ensure adherence to company policies, maintain store cleanliness, and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations, coordinate schedules, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with customers, support store events, and enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of tea products and industry will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet sales targets.
