Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize the impact of potential issues.
Training & Leadership Development:

Design and deliver training programs aimed at developing leadership capabilities within the team.

Coach team members on technical, managerial, and decision-making skills.
Effective Communication:

Clearly communicate program plans, progress updates, and technical information to team members, senior management, and stakeholders.

Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and project documentation as required.
