Job Purpose:
The Sales Associate at Gansons plays a pivotal role in the go-to-market phase for the company. They are responsible for end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service
- Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing market reach
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed

Preferred Skills/ Qualifications
- Educational background – Graduate / PG
- 2-5 years of experience in relevant industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
