About the Role
Nextidat Technology is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a software or IT company and possess excellent communication and administrative skills. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage official email communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and office documentation.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure office security procedures are followed.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure the reception area and front office remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant in a software, IT, or technology company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
