Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated HR Recruiter with 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in manpower staffing, facility management, housekeeping, security services, logistics, or similar industries. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding candidates to meet the organization's manpower requirements within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong accountability, coordination skills, stakeholder management abilities, and the capability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, grey-collar, and support staff positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, field recruitment drives, job fairs, and local networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client and business requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, operations teams, and clients where applicable.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements across multiple locations.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer acceptance, joining formalities, and deployment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation, onboarding, and background verification.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for recurring and bulk hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities as required.
Key Accountabilities
- Ownership of assigned recruitment requirements from sourcing to joining.
- Achievement of hiring targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Timely coordination with operations teams, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Maintaining recruitment records and tracker accuracy.
- Improving candidate joining ratios through effective follow-up.
- Ensuring manpower positions are filled with minimal vacancies.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.
- Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accountability and ownership.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- HR certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
