Job Location : Goregaon Mumbai
Office time : 9.30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry Evaluation: Review customer requirements, technical drawings, or BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to determine project scope.
- Cost Estimation: Compute exact costs for materials, labor, overheads, and shipping based on company pricing policies.
- Quotation Generation: Draft formal commercial proposals, proforma invoices, and tender documents, ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with procurement, planning, and manufacturing departments to verify material availability and delivery timelines.
- Client Communication & Follow-up: Address client queries, assist sales teams with negotiations, and follow up on pending quotes to close deals.
- Editing the documentation. coordinate the tender team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain an accurate, organized database of submitted quotes, revisions, and market trends.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
