experience in plant/manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, quality control, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Ability to lead teams, achieve production targets, and improve operational efficiency.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day plant operations.
Manage production, quality, maintenance, and workforce.
Ensure timely completion of production targets.
Maintain safety and operational standards.
Report directly to management and drive continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
