Responsibilities
- Manage complete office operations.
- Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Marketing and Service teams.
- Ensure all client work is completed on time.
- Handle client communication professionally.
- Monitor employee productivity.
- Conduct daily team meetings.
- Maintain MIS Reports & KPIs.
- Improve office systems and SOPs.
- Handle client escalations.
- Coordinate with management for strategic planning.
- Manage documentation and internal compliance.
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Support recruitment and employee training.

Qualification
