About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, engaging with international clients, and driving sales for our IT and SaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from international markets through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and virtual client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/SaaS solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in International Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East, is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling software, SaaS products, or IT services.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Experience with email outreach and virtual sales presentations.
