About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Education Counsellor
(Course Information Representative) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/customers, understanding their requirements, providing course-related information, and converting enquiries into admissions/enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads through regular calls and communication.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and other relevant details.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective students/customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth conversion and enrolment.
Eligibility & Skills
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of education Counsellor can apply.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication and convincing ability.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Candidates looking for stable and long-term employment are preferred.
Working Hours
- 8.5-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- 6 days working
- One weekday off (Monday to Friday), depending on the reporting manager.
- Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days.
