Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project drawings and assess material requirements for timely procurement.
- Prepare accurate material requisitions and coordinate with project teams.
- Evaluate and finalize vendors based on pricing, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Lead supplier negotiations and secure favorable commercial terms.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure purchased materials meet required standards.
- Manage the complete purchase cycle from requisition to delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve technical and material-related issues.
- Oversee supplier contracts and ensure alignment with project and organizational requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in procurement/purchase management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Civil Engineering background preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software is preferred.
Salary
Competitive salary package based on qualifications, relevant experience, and last drawn salary.
Location: Parijat Nagar, Nasik
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
