- JD For Pharmacist
- Prescription Entry & Review: Validate complex physician orders and entry parameters in hospital pharmacy software (such as Med-Vision or EMR systems) to prevent adverse reactions.
- Clinical Audits & Monitoring: Participate in drug utilization reviews, clinical audits, and formulary adjustments alongside the medical team.
- Patient & Discharge Counseling: Educate patients and caregivers regarding correct medicine usage, storage, potential side effects, and strict adherence protocols.
- Operational Supervision: Monitor day-to-day workflow, track billing reconciliations, and assist in training junior pharmacists or pharmacy assistants.
- Specialized Inventory Management: Maintain full control over stocking, cold chain handling (for sensitive injections/vaccines), and documentation of controlled substances.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
- Experience More than 1 year: of proven experience in a hospital pharmacy or clinical operations, Private Medical Previous Experience.
- Licensure: Mandatory active registration and licensing with the relevant State Pharmacy Council.
- Skills: High proficiency in pharmacy management software (PMS), billing accuracy, and communication in local languages to handle patient queries.
