As a Client Servicing Intern, you’ll support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of brand and marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, a strong communicator, and interested in learning how client relationships and marketing projects are managed.
➢ Assist the Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day client communication and coordination.
➢ Support in understanding client briefs and communicating requirements clearly to internal teams.
➢ Coordinate with creative, strategy, social media, and other internal teams for task execution.
➢ Maintain task lists, project trackers, timelines, and status updates.
➢ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and client review documents.
➢ Conduct basic research on brands, competitors, industry trends, and relevant campaigns.
➢ Learn and understand the overall client servicing process, from receiving a brief to final project delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
➢ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
➢ Good verbal and written communication skills.
➢ Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
➢ Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working with different teams.
➢ Interest in branding, advertising, digital marketing, and client management is an advantage.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
