Job Summary
We are looking for a Engineer (Civil) who will be responsible for site supervision, execution of civil works, and preparation of technical drawings. The candidate should be able to coordinate with the project team, contractors, and ensure that site work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day civil site works such as fencing installation, foundation work, concreting, and structural activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and material usage.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare work reports.
Drawing & Technical Work
- Prepare civil drawings, site layouts, and installation drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Support the project team with BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Maintain documentation of drawings, revisions, and site records.
Coordination & Reporting
- Report daily site progress to the Project Manager / Management.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of site activities.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years’ experience in civil site supervision
Required Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drawing preparation.
- Understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and quantity estimation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience in fencing projects, infrastructure works and structural installation.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
