FXN (Fashion eXchange Network) is an early-stage fashion technology startup building a hyperlocal fashion rental platform that makes premium fashion accessible, affordable, and sustainable.
We're looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals who want hands-on experience in building a startup from the ground up. If you're passionate about startups, business, sales, marketing, and solving real-world challenges, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to boutiques, designers, and potential brand partners.
- Assist in building strategic partnerships and business relationships.
- Support customer acquisition and early user growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with colleges, student communities, and influencers.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content and promotional activities.
- Build and manage our early customer waitlist.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain outreach records and track growth metrics.
- Work directly with the founder on business development and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Candidates based in or willing to travel to Kochi when required will be preferred.
