Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads for pharma products and services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.
- Follow up consistently to ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track sales performance and share regular reports with the management team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support hiring, training, and mentoring of future sales team members.
- Contribute to setting processes and building a scalable sales function.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
