Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations at Gupio’s Sarjapur office. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities
- Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and maintenance activities
- Maintain records, documents, invoices, and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
- Manage visitor handling, courier services, and meeting arrangements
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Support HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and smooth workflow
- Monitor utility bills, asset management, and office expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or office management
- Fresher's with attractive portfolio are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of vendor management and office accounting
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with ERP or office management tools is an advantage
