Role Summary
Produce accurate, execution-ready drawings for residential and commercial interior and architecture projects. You convert design concepts and site inputs into GFC (Good for Construction) drawings that the site team and vendors can build from without ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare working drawings, GFC sets, and detail drawings in AutoCAD
- Develop layouts, elevations, sections, and RCPs for interiors (70% of work) and architecture (30%)
- Create detailed joinery/furniture drawings (wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, false ceilings)
- Produce electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination drawings alongside consultants
- Incorporate site measurements and as-built conditions into drawing sets
- Revise drawings based on designer, client, and site markups within agreed timelines
- Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and organised file naming
- Coordinate with 3D/rendering team and site supervisors to resolve execution queries
Required Skills
- Expert in AutoCAD (2D drafting non-negotiable)
- Strong grasp of interior detailing standards and construction methods
- Working knowledge of SketchUp (model cleanup, basic 3D)
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and standard sizes (modular, joinery, tiling)
- Ability to read and interpret architect/designer concepts independently
- Accuracy, speed, and attention to dimensional detail
Good to Have
- Revit or BIM exposure
- Basic Lumion/rendering familiarity
- Experience with modular kitchen/wardrobe manufacturing drawings

Pay: ₹10,215.50 - ₹18,000.00 per month
