IHMBA is looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President Academy / Centre Head to lead our Mohali center with excellence.
Position: Vice President/Center Head -Beauty Academy
Location: Mohali
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years as a Vice President /Centre Head / Academy Head in any leading beauty academy or institute.
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in handling academy operations, admissions, faculty management, and business growth.
- Monitor student performance, satisfaction, and placement outcomes.
- Plan, execute, and manage admissions campaigns and batch rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Strategize and drive growth through innovation and quality improvement.
- Presentable personality and ability to maintain high academic and training standards
- Ability to drive performance, implement policies, and ensure smooth functioning of the center/Academy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Centre/Academy operations
- Manage academic performance and training quality
- Lead faculty, counselors, and support staff
- Ensure student satisfaction and high service standards
- Achieve admission targets and business goals
- Maintain discipline, compliance, and brand standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
