Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense medications as per prescription or indents Raise pharmacy requisition slips based on medication requirements to maintain stock levels.
- Receive stock from stores and verify the quantity, batch number, expiry, and other details against the issue slips.
- Perform daily physical verification of stocks to ensure accuracy with the computer records.
- Take stock of short-expiry medicines once a month to avoid stock wastage.
- Conduct a stock check of non-moving medicines every six months
Requirements:
B. Pharmacy, or D. Pharmacy qualification with PCI registration.
