The Administration Executive is responsible for managing daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, supporting event logistics, and overseeing housekeeping and basic IT/network coordination within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for event and office requirements.
Handle procurement of office supplies and event materials.
Maintain records, contracts, invoices, and documentation.
Assist event managers with logistics planning and coordination.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for team members and clients.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Handle internal communications and meeting scheduling.
Maintain and update client and vendor databases.
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in administration or operations (event industry preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
