YOUR TASKS
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge of acoustic solutions like Horn / AVAS / Speaker.
Experience with PLM/PDM systems.
Familiarity with ISO, ASME, and industry engineering standards.
Experience in automotive product design.
Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings using CAD software such as CATIA.
Develop design concepts based on customer requirements and engineering specifications.
Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
Generate BOMs (Bill of Materials), engineering documentation, and technical reports.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
Coordinate with manufacturing, production, quality, and procurement teams.
Coordinate with local & Global customers.
Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
Conduct design reviews and implement engineering changes.
Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost reduction, and performance improvement.
Maintain accurate design records and revision control.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, welding, casting, and injection molding.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities. -
