- Supervise and monitor building construction activities at site
- Read and understand technical drawings
- Check dimensions, levels, line, alignment, plumb and right angles
- Inspect formwork/shuttering and reinforcement before execution
- Ensure reinforcement size, spacing, location and cover as per approved drawings
- Identify honeycombing, cracks and other workmanship defects
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements and work instructions
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity
- Prepare daily work plans and allocate activities to the team
- Measure completed work and maintain daily progress records
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers and other teams
- Identify and address material, manpower and equipment requirements
- Ensure corrective actions are completed for identified defects
- Independently supervise work while maintaining quality and productivity
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
