Computer Operator (DEO) Job Description:
A Computer Operator (Data Entry Operator) is responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems. The role involves handling documents, preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring data accuracy while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into computer systems and databases.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Scan, print, photocopy, and organize documents.
- Maintain files and company records confidentially.
- Perform basic computer operations and office administrative tasks.
- Handle emails and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry work.
- Back up important data and maintain proper documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Graduate.
- Basic computer certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in Data Entry or Computer Operations is an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,219.08 - ₹16,550.84 per month
