Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented B2C Executive to promote SB Infotech’s IT courses and services directly to students, job seekers, and individual clients. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, admissions support, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote IT courses, certifications, and training programs to students and individual customers.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Explain course benefits, career opportunities, fees structure, and training details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and clients.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and customer interactions.
- Support promotional events, seminars, and educational campaigns.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses and technologies.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in B2C sales, education counseling, telecalling, or admissions is preferred.

- Experience in IT training institutes or educational organizations.
- Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to handle customer queries and sales processes efficiently.
- Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
