We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, handling data verification, and supporting internal systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL queries, debugging, and maintaining data accuracy while providing excellent communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve application or system-related issues.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging to identify root causes and provide timely solutions.
- Work with SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and verify internal data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor system performance and support day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue tracking and resolution.
- Document issues, resolutions, and technical processes clearly.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients/users and provide regular updates on issues.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of SQL queries.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
- Understanding of data maintenance and internal data verification processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic understanding of support processes and ticketing tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in Technical Support / Application Support roles will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Technical Support or related domain.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
