Job Summary:
Effica Automation is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and new business development across India. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on market research, outreach, and building a pipeline from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Identify and develop new business markets across India
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Build and execute branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline; convert leads into business opportunities
- Coordinate with the Design and Application teams to align sales efforts with delivery capacity
- Prepare and present regular sales/lead-gen reports to management
- Represent Effica Automation at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client-facing interactions
- Willingness to travel pan-India
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
