Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
The Dialysis Technician is responsible for performing dialysis treatments in accordance with established medical protocols. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and quality care by preparing equipment, monitoring treatment processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Scope of Area
- The Technician will be responsible for the overall functions and includes but not limited to Echo, TMT, PFT, EEG, ECG, Dialysis, Endoscopy, Audiometry, Perfusionist etc.
- The Technician will be responsible to strive its utmost to contribute to primary, secondary, and tertiary clinical patient-care services in collaboration with other departments and services.
- The Technician will be responsible to ensure safe patient care with measurable quality outcomes. The bidder will be responsible for overall manpower management, complete inventory maintenance & management, patient feedback and grievances management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Understanding of hemodialysis principles and infection control.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Technical proficiency with dialysis equipment.
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care
- Prepare and assess patients before dialysis treatment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and dialysis responses, reporting abnormalities.
- Provide patient education regarding dialysis procedures and care plans.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control compliance.
- Dialysis Treatment
- Set up, operate, and dismantle dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Cannulate vascular access sites (AV fistulas, grafts, catheters) as permitted by state regulations.
- Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments following established protocols.
- Troubleshoot machine alarms and technical issues.
- Equipment & Safety
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis equipment per facility policies.
- Mix and test dialysate solutions; verify water treatment system parameters.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards.
- Ensure proper disposal of hazardous and biohazard materials.
- Documentation
- Record treatment data, vital signs, and patient responses accurately in electronic health records.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team promptly.
- Maintain logs for equipment checks, water treatment, and quality assurance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
