YOUTOTECH is a web design and IT services company providing professional website design, WordPress development, eCommerce solutions, SEO, hosting, and digital marketing services to businesses.
We are looking for an experienced Freelance PHP & WordPress Developer to work with us on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle WordPress website development, customization, troubleshooting, and PHP-based development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress websites based on project requirements
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins
- Develop and modify PHP-based functionality
- Build and customize WooCommerce websites
- Convert designs from Figma/PSD to responsive WordPress websites
- Integrate third-party APIs and services when required
- Troubleshoot and fix WordPress/PHP bugs
- Optimize websites for performance and responsiveness
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
- Perform website migration, backup, and deployment
- Work with hosting panels, domains, DNS, and SSL when required
- Maintain clean, secure, and well-structured code
- Coordinate with the project manager for updates and deadlines
- Provide post-delivery bug fixing and support as agreed for each project
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
- Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress themes and plugins
- Experience with WooCommerce
- Experience with Elementor or other popular WordPress page builders
- Knowledge of WordPress customization and troubleshooting
- Understanding of responsive web design
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Laravel or CodeIgniter experience
- REST API integration
- WordPress custom plugin development
- Website speed optimization
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience with cPanel and web hosting
- Figma-to-WordPress development experience
Compensation
Project-Based / Freelance Payment
Payment will be decided based on the project scope, complexity, and experience of the developer.
Selected developers may receive regular projects based on performance, quality of work, availability, and ability to meet deadlines.
