Job Description – Service Business Development Executive
Position Summary:
The Service Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and expanding the company’s service business, including AMC contracts, service coordination, client relationship management, and revenue generation. The role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring achievement of service sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase service business revenue and AMC sales.
- Identify new business opportunities for service contracts, maintenance services, and support solutions.
- Generate leads through market research, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
- Promote AMC services, preventive maintenance solutions, and after-sales support services to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for service agreements and contract closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business association.
- Coordinate with service engineers and operations teams to ensure timely execution of service activities.
- Follow up on pending quotations, AMC renewals, customer inquiries, and service requests.
- Ensure all service-related activities, customer interactions, and lead details are updated in CRM/ERP systems.
- Monitor service business performance and work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service business activities and revenue generation.
- Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate for prompt complaint resolution.
- Support management in strategic planning and business expansion activities related to service operations.
