Location - Delhi, India (Work from office)
Shift- UK Shift — 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
Experience- 2-5 years in international / UK HR operations
Must Have - Hands-on exposure to UK and international labour law and policy
Employment Type - Full-time, Permanent
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an HR Specialist to run international HR operations for a UK-headquartered group through our Managed Operations Desk. The role covers the full employee lifecycle across multiple geographies — visas, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, policy, leave and performance cycles. Several of these processes are currently undefined or fragmented; you will build the single source of truth and then run it. It suits someone who is equal parts operator and process architect, and fluent in international employment law.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Visa & Immigration: Manage end-to-end visa applications and renewals for relevant staff, including UK sponsorship documentation, Certificates of Sponsorship, right-to-work checks and country-specific requirements.
- Employment Contracts: Issue and administer new employment contracts against approved templates, ensuring terms are compliant in each jurisdiction.
- Joiners & Onboarding: Run onboarding across every region — documentation, background checks, access coordination and induction scheduling — to a single consistent standard.
- Leavers & Offboarding: Manage offboarding end to end: notice confirmation, handover, documentation, access removal and final administration across all geographies.
- Employee Services: Handle employer confirmations, information and equipment requests, reference letters and day-to-day employee queries within defined turnaround times.
- Policy & Documentation: Build and maintain a single policy repository and FAQ set, replacing fragmented and partially undocumented policies.
- Leave & Absence: Own centralised leave and absence tracking, giving leadership real-time visibility without manual chasing.
- Performance & Appraisals: Coordinate the annual objective-setting cycle and the performance review cycle — manager inputs, timelines, sign-offs and closure.
WHAT YOU MUST BRING
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations supporting UK and international employee populations.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law — Employment Rights Act 1996, Working Time Regulations, statutory leave and pay entitlements, TUPE awareness and the ACAS Code.
- Practical experience with UK right-to-work checks and the Skilled Worker / sponsorship route; broader EU or global mobility exposure is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with UK GDPR and employee data protection obligations in HR record-keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to draft, standardise and maintain HR policy documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS/HRMS (Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People or similar) and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent written English — you will be drafting contracts, letters and policies read by UK stakeholders.
- Availability and commitment to work the UK shift (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST) from our Delhi office.
NICE TO HAVE
- CIPD certification (Level 5 or above).
- Experience across international jurisdictions beyond the UK.
- Background in a shared services, GCC, EOR/PEO or managed-services HR environment.
- Experience implementing an HR system or migrating from manual trackers.
WHY THIS ROLE
- Full-lifecycle ownership — not a narrow, single-vertical HR seat.
- A real build mandate: you are creating processes where none currently exist.
- Direct working relationship with UK leadership and international teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
